Building the Future of Healthcare
Our focus is simple — build smarter, more efficient medical facilities for the next generation of healthcare. Every project is driven by quality, innovation, and a deep understanding of how care is delivered.
What we do:
Our mission is to design, build, own, and operate state-of-the-art medical centers that expand access to quality healthcare across the Western United States.
We partner with medical professionals to deliver care in facilities that are safe, sustainable and efficient.
By combining development, ownership and property management under one roof, we create spaces that allow healthcare providers to focus on what matters most — their patients.
Our Approach
We handle every stage of the process, from concept to completion to ongoing management. Through our parent company, Architectural Design Contractors, Inc. (ADC, Inc.), we serve as the general contractor, building each medical center to meet the exact specifications and operational needs of our tenants. With over 50 years of construction experience, ADC brings unmatched knowledge, craftsmanship and integrity to every project. Our long-standing relationships with trusted contractors and suppliers allow us to deliver superior value while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget and built to last.
Once complete, Pacific Media Properties takes over as the owner and operator, managing and leasing the facility to ensure long term quality, efficiency and sustainability. Every property owned by Pacific Media Properties has been constructed or improved by ADC, whether from the ground up or through tenant improvements. Our portfolio spans retail centers, industrial developments, medical facilities and custom residential projects across California and Hawaii.
By combining development, construction, ownership and management under one roof, we deliver a seamless experience for healthcare providers so they can focus on care, while we handle the rest. With deep experience navigating local regulations and permitting processes, we ensure every project is completed in a compliant and safe manner, every time.
